結論
本方法采用ThermoFisher 公司全新一代三重四級桿質譜TSQ8000 測定水產品中7 種多溴聯苯醚的殘留，樣品提取率高，操作方便。儀器具有選擇性好，線性范圍寬，靈敏度高等優點。同時TSQ8000 提供的離子對掃描可以極大得去除假陽性的干擾，從而使檢測結果更加準確。在復雜基質中，儀器的相對標準偏差（RSD, n=7）為2.29-5.58%。該分析測試方法中所涉及的7 種多溴聯苯醚最低檢測限為0.1 pg/ul。完全可以滿足歐盟及各國對多溴聯苯醚類物質的檢測要求。
