羅氏高純度研究級別酶混合物Liberase Research Grade Enzyme Blends
Liberase Research Grade Enzyme Blends包含了一系列酶混合物，它們由不同比例的中性蛋白酶（非梭菌蛋白酶）和高純度Collagenase I + CollagenaseII混合組成。在絕大部分應用中，Liberase能替換傳統的膠原酶，并增加細胞產率、細胞活性和細胞功能性。
在嚴格的酶發酵和純化工藝條件下，Liberase Research Grade Enzyme Blends去除了梭菌蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶等雜酶，去除了原料中>98%的內毒素和其他死細胞成分，因此有助于在組織消化過程中，大大提升細胞的活率。Liberase系列產品均經過濾除菌，具有高度的批間一致性，保證了整個實驗階段的消化質量和重復性。
