    楊芃原教授熱心中文期刊發展事業,他曾擔任《質譜學報》第六、七、八、九、十屆副主編,還親自為學報策劃“質譜儀器研制專輯”。

    為傳承楊芃原教授的學術精神,《質譜學報》編輯部于2026年5月出版了“紀念楊芃原教授專輯”。

    This study outlined how artificial intelligence (AI) bridges key technical challenges in post-translational modification (PTM) research to enable clinical translation. The analytical bottlenecks were summarized, including low sensitivity and coverage, structural heterogeneity, and site ambiguity, as exemplified in PTMs such as phosphorylation, glycosylation, acetylation, and lactylation. And the corresponding AI-driven computational strategies were highlighted, encompassing deep learning models, algorithm development, and dedicated PTM data-processing pipelines. The resulting translational outcomes were illustrated, including advances in cancer diagnosis, mechanistic dissection of disease pathways, and the discovery of novel therapeutic targets.

    Multiple IMS peaks can be observed in the IMS spectra for myoglobin ions with +12 to +14 charge states, while multiple FAIMS peaks can be observed in the FAIMS spectra for myoglobin ions with +15 to +25 charge states. This indicated that the gas phase ion separations in FAIMS and IMS are highly orthogonal.
